Currently, We ship to customers located in the United States main land. We offer full Dead-On-Arrival(DOA) warranty if fish dies during the shipment process, and within one hour of delivery.

Please make sure to pick up the fish ASAP, they are usually delivered between 11am - 1pm on the following day. We typically drop off our shipment at around 6-7pm to our shipment carrier to minimize transit time.
The only shipment method being using right now is FedEx Next-day Priorty, so the transit time would be under 18 hours. We are charging a flat rate of 26$ (Free for orders over 250$), usually the real cost is between 28-33$, we will be covering the extra shipping cost above 26$. Thick foam insulation and heatpacks are also provided by us for free.
Shipping Methods and Costs (Summer time):
Every shipping option includes free Shipping box with foam insulation. Packed with free Ice pack for summer or heat pack for winter times.
- 2-3 Day Flat Rate: Shipping cost $18, Fish from this order will be shipped via UPS - 2 day or USPS Priority Mail Base on delivery location and time.

FedEx Next Day Air: 26$ Flat Rate, Delivers Next day before noon
- Free shipping: For order value over $250, we offer free Next-day shipping.
- We can not ship to AK or HI due to local policies
Shipment Timeline:
- Fish are shipped on Monday- Wednesday for 2 days shipping (UPS is not temperature controlled, Will only use this if the route is safe)
- Fish are shipped Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs for all next-day shipping methods
Shipments are sent out during specific week days to avoid shipment delays over weekend. If you want your order to be shipped out on specific days, You can also let us know by leaving an order note during checkout
Holiday Shipping:
- During holiday weeks when delivery services are closed for at least one day, shipments may be pushed to Tuesday, Wednesday, or the following week. This is to prevent fish from being held over the weekend at shipping facilities.
- Shipping may be paused during the holiday season (end of November to early January) to avoid delays.
Packaging:
- All shipments are carefully packaged in boxes with foam and newspaper to ensure the safe arrival of your fish.
- We use high quality heat-sealed fish bag that is filled with oxygen.
DOA Policy:
- We offer a full DOA (Death on Arrival) guarantee. If your fish arrive dead, we will refund the cost of the fish. (Within 1 hours of delivery, PLEASE PICK UP THE PACKAGE ON TIME, Cold weather is deadly for the fish)
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost
- Within one hour of delivery, you must take a picture of fish while its still in the bag
