Extremely disappointed. Three out of the fish I ordered arrived Dead on Arrival (DOA), and another was so ridiculously small it was barely visible.
I reached out to customer service immediately to address the loss, and after nine hours, I still haven't received a single response. Leaving a customer completely in the dark after shipping live animals in this condition is completely unacceptable. Save your money and buy your livestock elsewhere—I will never order from this company again.
