The fish look fantastic. Very happy with the quality of the fish. The fact that I ordered nine pair of different guppies, kind of slowed things up a bit. It took 10 days from the day I ordered them to get them. Eight of those days were because other shipments backed up FedEx system, according to the seller.
Additionally, the seller did not do a great job of checking their chatbot function. There is no point in having a chat bot if you only check it every 2 to 3 days. It should be checked numerous times every day to answer questions. That is what you promise on your website.
