Shipping

How do you guys ship the fish?

Orders will be shipped with UPS 2-day Air delivery packed with double layered plastic bags, the box will have free foam insulation around the box to keep temperature stable. Ice packs will be used during summer and Heat pack will be used during winter times (Without extra charges)!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Flat rate shipping normally takes 2 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). Shipping cost is automated calculated base on your location.

We ship USPS Priorty mail orders from Monday - Tuesday, UPS-2 day orders from Monday - Wednesday. and UPS-Next day orders from Monday-Thursday

Can I pick it up in person?

Yes! We are located in Lafayette, Louisiana. Our store is around the UL area (70503), just send us a email or put an extra note during checkout to let us know!

We also have free pick up locations at New Orleans. Pickups are available every Monday!

How old are these guppy fish?

They are usually 2-3.5 Month old!

You can request for smaller/larger fish during checkout (Order Note). If they are available, we will select it for you!

Are they ready to breed?

Yes! All of our guppies are old enough to breed.

Some of our guppy fish are already pregnant. You can also put a special order note to let us know if you want pregnant ones, or unpregnant ones.

Guppy Fish is scientifically known as Poecilia reticulata. They are among the most popular species of freshwater aquarium fish. Guppies are found all across tropical waters in South America (in countries like Venezuela, Barbados or Brazil) and have fascinated the aquarium world since the 19th century.

Guppy fish are named after British naturalist Robert John Lechmere Guppy who discovered them in Trinidad and brought the species to be described around 1866. Colourful guppies are excellent for aquariums, which gained them worldwide fame due to their appearance. They have a diverse coloration aswell as being hardy against a specific range of conditions. Guppies are perfect for beginners as well as experienced aquarium keepers. They are some hardy fish begin with, their adaptive nature embracing a variety of water conditions and often doing well in community tanks. They are also peaceful fish and suit well in a community setup.
