did not recieve my complete order. all I got were the 24k and blue dragon guppies. did not get the green dragons. and their customer service doesn not answer in a timely manner. for almost 200$ i had to wait a week with no response from the company and then when I did get my fish It was not my whole order.
they all died in 4 days. i order 7 fish. water quality was normal, feed them once a day, i do have other guppies living in the tank they doing just fine, customer service is meh. they didnt help in the timely manner. Mind u i paid 150 or so, waste of money honestly
After only sending me 2 of my 10 fish they agreed to replace my order. However, I requested that they adjust my order to include slightly less costly fish and they agreed.
Once again, they were slightly slow in communicating, but they agreed to adjust my order and all the fish arrived safe and healthy.
I recorded a video of my fish arriving, but since there were no issues with this shipment I had no need to send them the video.
Despite the error of not sending me all the fish in my original order and the slight delay in communication, they did make things right. I would definitely consider ordering from them again.

What I received was 2 fish. I believe they were 1 male Purple Dragon and 1 female Purple Dragon.
The two fish arrived safe and healthy. They were slightly slow to respond after I contacted them about the missing fish. I had opened the shipment on camera and had video showing exactly what I received. Initially, they seemed more concerned with reviewing their own video of the worker who packed the order and determining what might have been missed.
However, they eventually agreed to replace the missing fish and make the order right. I appreciate that they did take responsibility and agreed to send the fish that were missing.
Because the fish I received were healthy and BuyGuppy ultimately agreed to correct the problem, I am giving this order 4 out of 5 stars. My main reason for not giving 5 stars is the initial order problem and the delay in communication.
