Shipping policy

Currently, We only ship to customers located in the United States main land. We offer full DOA if fish dies during the shipment process, and within two hours of delivery.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • USPS Priority Mail (2 Day Delivery): Shipping cost starts at $20.00
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Shipping cost starts at $20.00.
  • UPS Express Mail (Next Day Delivery): Shipping cost starts at $40.00. 

Shipment Timeline:

  • Live guppy fish are shipped within two business days of order

Holiday Shipping:

  • During holiday weeks when delivery services are closed for at least one day, shipments may be pushed to Tuesday, Wednesday, or the following week. This is to prevent fish from being held over the weekend at shipping facilities.
  • Shipping may be paused during the holiday season (end of November to early January) to avoid delays.

Winter Shipping:

  • During cold weather, shipments may be delayed for the safety of the fish.

Packaging:

  • All shipments are carefully packaged in boxes with foam to ensure the safe arrival of your fish.

DOA Policy:

  • We offer a full DOA (Dead on Arrival) guarantee. If your fish arrive deceased, we will refund the cost of the fish.
  • The buyer is responsible for the two-day shipping costs.
  • Within two hours of delivery, you must take a picture of fish while its still in the bag
